We cater weddings, engagements, birthdays, corporate functions, office celebrations, school events, sporting clubs, presentation nights, community events and private gatherings across the Gold Coast.

Do you cook at the event?

Yes. Meats are slow-cooked in our kitchen, then finished, plated and served hot from our mobile trailer at your event — so guests get warm food fresh from the trailer, alongside sides and gelato prepared on-site.

What food do you serve?

Our menu is built around signature hot rolls, crispy seasoned chips, garden salad, starter options and premium gelato or sorbet. Main options include spit roast pork rolls, roast beef rolls and our signature hot roll.

Do you offer gelato with catering?

Yes. Gelato is a big part of what makes Lik Lik Lik different. We can serve premium gelato or sorbet fresh from the trailer, with flavour options confirmed when you book.

Can we choose a package?

Yes. We offer four catering packages: The Easy Gathering, Hotdog Feast, Corporate Classic, and Wedding & Celebration Package. Each package is designed to keep planning simple while still giving you good choices for your crowd.

Yes. A children’s menu is available on enquiry, including smaller portions for younger guests.

What is the minimum spend for a food truck booking?

Accepted Answer

Tuesday to Thursday lunch bookings start from $800 + GST. Weekend and evening bookings start from $1,500 + GST.
