Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the catering and gelato services provided by Lik Lik Lik Catering & Gelato ("we", "us", "our"). By requesting a quote or making a booking, you agree to these terms.

Quotes are based on the information you provide (event date, time, guest numbers, package, location and dietary requirements) and are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated. A booking is only confirmed once we have accepted your booking in writing and received any required deposit.

A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your date. The balance is payable prior to your event unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment by the methods advised on your invoice.

Final guest numbers, menu selections and dietary requirements must be confirmed at least seven (7) days before your event. Increases after this time are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Reductions in guest numbers after final confirmation will still be charged at the confirmed count.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your event, please contact us as soon as possible. Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made close to the event date may incur additional fees to cover costs already committed, including ingredients, staffing and travel.

You are responsible for ensuring safe, legal and reasonable access to your venue for our trailer and staff, including parking, a level setup area and access to power or water where required. Travel fees may apply based on your event location.

We prepare food in a shared kitchen and trailer environment and cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free product. While we take care with dietary requirements including gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan and dairy-free options, guests with severe allergies should consume our food at their own risk.

For outdoor events, you are responsible for providing suitable shelter for our setup where required. We reserve the right to modify service in the event of extreme weather, safety concerns or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with our services is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant booking. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.

We may take photos of our setup, food and gelato at your event for use on our website and social media. Please let us know in advance if you would prefer we did not.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be dealt with in the courts of Queensland.
